Roof Flow Privacy Policy

Roof Flow collects limited customer information necessary to operate and protect the system. This includes contact information (such as name, email, and phone number), subscription status, payment metadata processed securely by Stripe, and operational usage data required for routing, scheduling, enforcement, and system integrity.

Roof Flow does not store full payment card numbers and does not sell or rent personal data.

Collected information is used solely to:

• Provide and operate the Roof Flow service

• Enforce operational safeguards and prevent misuse

• Maintain system reliability and performance

• Deliver essential operational and account-related notifications

Operational data may be reviewed in aggregate or on an account basis for compliance, enforcement, and system improvement purposes.
