How Roof Flow Works

Roof Flow is an autonomous inspection operations system.

It governs pacing, enforces safeguards, and protects inspection capacity without human intervention.

Continuous Evaluation

Roof Flow continuously evaluates inspection capacity, backlog risk, regional constraints, and external stressors such as storms.

This evaluation runs regardless of operator activity, demand level, or time of day.

Inbound Demand Handling

Roof Flow may receive inbound inspection requests from multiple sources.

All inbound demand enters the system as inspection-intent events and is evaluated against active capacity, regional limits, and system safeguards.

If conditions are safe, requests may be routed into available inspection slots.

If conditions are unsafe, requests are queued, expired, or rejected automatically.

Protected States & Recovery

If instability is detected, Roof Flow may enter a protected state to prevent cascading failures.

During protected states:

• New inspection activity may be paused

• Destructive changes are deferred

• Recovery checks run automatically

Once stability is confirmed, the system resumes normal operation without human intervention.

Roof Flow is designed to operate consistently across single crews, multi-branch operators, and region-wide inspection programs. As organizations grow, Roof Flow expands visibility and governance automatically — supporting operators, regional managers, and executive leadership without additional administrative overhead.
