System Notifications
Roof Flow emits a Daily Ops Pulse once per day.
This is an automated system notification — not a conversation.
Notifications are delivered regardless of activity level, including days with zero inspections. Silence is not assumed. Stability is confirmed.
Each notification contains:
• Today’s scheduled inspections (or none)
• A 48-hour forward workload snapshot
• Current pacing status
• Whether storm protection or system safeguards are active
Purpose
Most operational failures occur during the first surge — not the hundredth inspection.
Roof Flow ramps gradually, validates real capacity, and protects schedules before scaling. The system exists to prevent calendar collapse, crew overload, and reputational damage during demand spikes.
Automatic Controls
If demand exceeds safe limits, Roof Flow throttles intake automatically.
If storms spike volume, storm protection rules override normal preferences.
If inspection capacity drops, pacing reduces without negotiation.
There are no manual overrides.
There are no surge switches.
There are no storm exceptions.
Notification Model
Notifications are informational only.
Replies are not monitored.
System behavior cannot be altered through communication.
Maintenance & Safe Hold Behavior
If system safeguards activate, Roof Flow may enter a protected state.
All decisions are made at the system level to preserve stability across contractors, regions, and external conditions.
During this period:
• New inspection activity is paused
• Requests continue to be accepted
• No destructive changes are made
• Recovery checks run automatically
A system notification is emitted once normal operation resumes.
