Roof Flow Terms Of Service

Service description. Roof Flow provides operational automation, scheduling protection, capacity-aware intake governance, follow-up enforcement, and system notifications for inspection-based service providers.

No guarantees. Roof Flow does not guarantee inspection volume, revenue, claim approval, carrier outcomes, exclusivity, or specific business results. Availability and pacing vary by region and system conditions.

Activation timing. Service activation occurs during the next scheduled 5:00 AM system evaluation following successful payment.

Operational inputs (“fuel”). Service performance depends on accurate customer-provided inputs, including calendar availability, declared crew capacity, service area accuracy, professional homeowner communication, and timely inspection documentation. Operational reporting is delivered via a Monthly Ops Pulse issued on the 14th of each month. Daily system activity is automated and logged internally and is not distributed except in the case of enforcement actions or required notices.

Enforcement authority. Roof Flow may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect system integrity, enforce capacity limits, prevent misuse, or respond to inaccurate/abusive inputs. Enforcement actions may occur without refund.

Billing and cancellation. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability. Roof Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
